1. 适用范围与运营者 / Scope and operator

CanVision 由独立开发者张德涛运营。本政策说明 CanVision iOS 应用、未来由本官网提供的 Android 版本以及相关服务如何处理信息。隐私联系邮箱：canvision01@gmail.com。

CanVision is operated by independent developer Zhang Detao (张德涛). This policy describes information handling in the CanVision iOS app, a future Android build distributed from this website, and related services.

2. 我们处理的信息 / Information we process

你选择的照片和视频 / Photos and videos you choose

只有在你导入素材或保存作品时，CanVision 才请求照片库读取或添加权限。草稿、编辑中间文件和导出作品主要保存在设备本地。当前版本不会把你的原始照片或视频上传到 CanVision 服务器用于训练或广告。

模板与贴纸 / Templates and stickers

应用会从 CanVision 服务获取由运营者维护的模板、贴纸、预览图、版本号和资源完整性信息。

分析与诊断 / Analytics and diagnostics

只有在你明确同意后，应用才获取粗粒度分析地区并初始化对应的分析 SDK：中国大陆使用友盟，其他国家和地区使用 Mixpanel。同一事件不会同时发送给两个分析服务商。分析仅采集 App 启动、模板浏览、导出结果等非敏感产品交互，以及应用版本、设备/安装标识和基础诊断信息；不会采集照片内容、手机号、邮箱或本地文件路径。CanVision 不使用这些数据进行跨应用跟踪、广告或个性化广告。你可以拒绝同意；核心编辑功能仍可使用。

Only after your explicit consent does the app obtain a coarse analytics region and initialize the corresponding analytics SDK: mainland China uses Umeng, while other countries and regions use Mixpanel. A single event is never sent to both providers. Analytics covers non-sensitive app opens, template views, and export interactions, together with app version, device/installation identifiers, and basic diagnostics. It does not collect photo content, phone numbers, email addresses, or local file paths. CanVision does not use this data for cross-app tracking, advertising, or personalized ads. You may decline analytics and continue using core editing features.

购买与订阅 / Purchases and subscriptions

购买由 Apple 或相应应用商店处理。为验证购买、恢复订阅和同步 Pro 权益，我们可能处理产品标识、交易标识、签名交易数据、应用账户标识、订阅状态和到期时间。我们不接收完整银行卡号。

服务运行数据 / Service operations

服务器和网络基础设施可能处理请求时间、IP 地址、设备与应用版本、请求路径及错误信息，用于安全防护、故障排查和服务运行。

3. 使用目的与共享 / Purposes and processors

信息仅用于提供编辑与导出、交付远程内容、验证订阅、保护服务安全、征得同意后的产品分析，以及回应支持请求。根据启用的功能和分析地区，处理方可能包括 Apple、中国大陆分析使用的友盟、其他国家和地区分析使用的 Mixpanel、RevenueCat 和承载 CanVision 服务的阿里云基础设施。我们不出售个人信息。

We use information to provide app functionality, deliver content, verify subscriptions, secure and operate the service, perform consented analytics, and answer support requests. Depending on enabled features and analytics region, processors may include Apple, Umeng for analytics in mainland China, Mixpanel for analytics in other countries and regions, RevenueCat, and Alibaba Cloud infrastructure. We do not sell personal information.

4. 保存、安全与跨境处理 / Retention, security, and transfers

本地草稿由你通过设备管理。服务端数据仅在实现上述目的、处理争议、安全审计或履行法律义务所需期间保存。我们使用 HTTPS、访问控制和最小化原则保护数据。第三方服务可能在其运营地区处理数据，并受其隐私条款约束。

5. 你的选择与权利 / Your choices and rights

你可以拒绝分析同意、在系统设置中撤回照片权限、删除本地草稿，或通过 canvision01@gmail.com 请求访问、更正或删除 CanVision 可识别的服务端数据。为防止误删，我们可能要求验证与请求相关的交易或设备信息。

6. 未成年人 / Children

CanVision 不以收集未成年人个人信息为目的。未达到所在地区法定同意年龄的用户应在监护人指导下使用。发现未经适当同意的信息后，我们会按请求核实并删除。

7. 更新与联系 / Updates and contact

功能或处理方式发生实质变化时，我们会更新本页面和生效日期，并在法律要求时重新征求同意。问题或请求请联系 canvision01@gmail.com。
